Locate your package in real time
Our tracking system is compatible with all carriers
We locate your package anywhere in the world
To track your parcel, simply visit Parcelocator and enter your tracking number. We support real-time updates from all major carriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL, Amazon, UPS, and more.
Your tracking number can typically be found in your shipping confirmation or dispatch email. It's also included on your receipt or shipping label. For Amazon purchases, you can locate it in your 'Your Orders' section. For Royal Mail shipments, it will be located next to the barcode.
Visit the Parcelocator website, enter your tracking number in the search field, and our system will automatically detect your carrier. You will be provided with real-time updates on your parcel's status and estimated delivery.
If Royal Mail Track and Trace is not recognising your tracking number, it's likely because the parcel has not yet been scanned into the system. Wait for a few hours and check again on Parcelocator for the most up-to-date tracking data.
If you missed the delivery, look for the delivery notice left by the courier. It will contain instructions for redelivery or collection. You can also find your carrier's support page through Parcelocator to arrange a new delivery or pickup.
If you've misplaced your tracking number, contact the sender or retailer who shipped the parcel. They will be able to resend the tracking details. Unfortunately, parcels cannot be tracked without a valid reference number.
Unfortunately, a valid tracking number is required to track your parcel. If you don't have it, try reaching out to the retailer or shipping service for assistance.
For security reasons, parcels cannot be tracked by address or name alone. You will need to use a valid tracking number or order reference to track your parcel.
Yes, if your proof of postage includes a tracking reference number (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 24, DPD Next Day, Parcelforce Express), you can enter that on Parcelocator to see updates.
Parcelocator automatically detects the carrier associated with your tracking number. Whether it's Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, DHL, Amazon, or another carrier, we'll route you to the right carrier's page for the latest updates.
Without a tracking number, it's best to contact the sender or retailer. If you purchased from an online store, you may be able to find the tracking number by checking your order history. Without it, it's challenging to track your parcel.
If your parcel has not arrived by the expected delivery date, check the latest update on Parcelocator. If the parcel shows no new information, contact the courier (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, Evri) using your tracking number to inquire about the status or initiate an investigation.
To track an international shipment, enter your tracking number into Parcelocator. We support global tracking for Royal Mail International, Parcelforce Worldwide, DHL Express, DPD Worldwide, and UPS.
Parcelocator supports tracking for all Royal Mail services, including Tracked 24, Tracked 48, Special Delivery Guaranteed, and International Tracked & Signed.
You can track Parcelforce Express 24, Express 48, Global Priority, and Express Worldwide shipments on Parcelocator, for both domestic and international deliveries.
Tracking by mobile number is not available. However, Parcelocator is optimized for mobile devices, so you can track your parcel with your tracking number from any smartphone or tablet.
If you need to divert your parcel, many couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri offer services to redirect your parcel to another address, safe place, or local collection point. Visit your courier's redelivery page through Parcelocator to make changes.
Yes. If you missed the delivery, most couriers allow you to collect your parcel from a nearby Post Office, ParcelShop, or collection point. Use Parcelocator to find the closest available collection location.
If you won't be home, you can usually reschedule your delivery, leave instructions for a neighbour, or choose a safe place or pickup point. Parcelocator links you to your courier's redelivery options to make these changes.
If the parcel hasn't yet been dispatched or is eligible for redelivery, you can modify the delivery address via the courier's delivery management tools. You can access these options through Parcelocator by entering your tracking number.
If you require special delivery instructions due to disability or accessibility needs, contact the courier directly and provide the necessary instructions (e.g., extra time, accessible entrance). Most couriers allow you to update these preferences through their delivery management systems, which can be accessed via Parcelocator.
